What is the estimated delivery time?

Belgium : 2 to 5 working days
Asia : 10 to 15 working days
Europe & North America : 10 to 15 working days
Rest of the world : 15 to 20 working days


For domestic deliveries, ELNA DESIGN offers free standard delivery on every order. The delivery time for standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Therefore, you should receive the purchased Products within 2 to 5 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation.


For international deliveries, ELNA DESIGN uses DHL e-commerce delivery which means that, depending on your location, you should receive the Products within 3 to 15 working days following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. The delivery costs will be shown upon your check-out.

We deliver internationally to most countries.

We insure every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves our office until the moment it’s delivered to your door. All delivered goods need to be signed for and once signed we’re no longer responsible for them.
We ask that you do not provide us with a Post Office Box address, but instead use a normal street address. When possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is easily available to receive and sign for the items. It is therefore your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature of the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.

We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery timelines but our estimated delivery dates are based on the information, which they provide to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guaranteed delivery times. A late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive : Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
