A Product purchased on www.elnadesign.com may be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the Product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please complete the return by including the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item. A Product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.


Once your returned Product has been checked, ELNA DESIGN will send you an e-mail letting you know if the Product has been accepted.

ELNA DESIGN will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing you to purchase a substitute Product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefited from free shipping.

Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.


Only the sales price of regular priced Product will be refunded upon return. The purchase of a discounted Product constitutes a final purchase and no refund or exchange will be permitted in relation to such sale Product.


ELNA DESIGN will replace a defective or damaged Product. If you need to exchange a Product, please e-mail a photo of the Product to sales@elnadesign.com along with a description of the defect or damage. Please also provide the original receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
