For a year, the founder, Natascha Muth, researched materials, shapes, properties and different types of accessories.

She trained in jewelry design and manufacturing methods to finally develop a prototype with a jeweler.

Together, they developed tools to make the first models.

During the development of the jewel, technical innovation allowed them to improve both functionality and style.

Why is the jewel this shape?

They adapt to all hair types to create different hairstyles, a messy bun, a twisted bun, a ponytail or a half-up.

Thanks to the curve and the different sizes, the jewel adapts to all hair types and lengths.

What are our values?

We produce in limited quantities to conserve resources and avoid waste.

We work with a family of jewelers based in Portugal.

What is the composition of our jewelry?

They are made of 3 micron gold-plated brass, solid 925 sterling silver or brass.

ELNA jewels are made of brass or silver to be flexible.

How is the hair jewelry put on?

As simple as a brooch: first style your hair, place the pin, the rod in your hair, cover with the jewel and place the pin inside. The brooch is attached and helps you keep your hair styled all day.

Will this jewelry fit in my hair?

The fact that the rod is attached to the jewel creates a pressure that allows it to stay in place all day.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

If you don't use it, keep it in the organic cotton pouch you received. Champagne texture brass and sterling silver can be polished with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush with a little lemon or baking soda. Gold does not need to be polished to keep its color.

It is not recommended to wear jewelry when swimming or participating in sports. Also avoid contact with perfumes and makeup.

How do I know the density of my hair?

Tie your hair back and measure the width of the tail. If your measurement is less than 4 cm, you have low density hair. If it is between 4 and 6 cm, you have an average density. And if it is more than 6 cm, you have high density.

How do I style my hair?

It depends on the density of your hair and the style you like.

Medium-length, long square or longer high-density hair: MINI will be perfect on the side or in a half-ponytail. MAXI is recommended for styling a bun.

Mid-length mid-length hair, long square: MINI is to make a half-ponytail, a ponytail.  MIDI is recommended for bun, French twist, low or high bun.

Short bob low density hair: MINI is perfect for making a bun or a ponytail.

Which material to choose? It depends on the jewelry you wear and the materials you like. Gold is more yellow than brass. The brass is rather champagne. Both are doing very well in the blonde. Silver goes wonderfully with chestnut, gray or brown hair.

Where does my jewelry come from?

The designer is Belgian, it is she who draws the models.

They are then made by jeweler based in Porto, Portugal. A family that has been creating jewelry for 5 generations.
